Minimums

• Opening Order: $1,000

• Reorders: 5 units (styles may be mixed or same style)

Payment

• Payment is due prior to shipping unless credit terms have been established.

• Established accounts: Net 30.

• A late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) will be charged on all past due balances. Buyer is responsible for collection/legal costs if balances remain unpaid.

Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

• Orders are shipped insured with tracking unless otherwise requested.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. returns are accepted only for manufacturer defects or shipping errors.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
